Responsible Gaming at 739pub
Gaming should always be fun. At 739pub, we give every Filipino player the tools, knowledge, and support to keep it that way.
Gaming Should Always Be Entertainment, Not a Burden
At 739pub, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of every player on our platform. Whether you're based in Manila, Cebu, Davao, or anywhere else across the Philippines, our commitment to responsible gaming is non-negotiable. We believe that online casino games, slots, live baccarat, and all the other experiences we offer are meant to be enjoyed as entertainment — not as a source of stress, debt, or personal harm.
Responsible gaming isn't just a checkbox for us. It's baked into how 739pub is built. From strict age verification to voluntary self-exclusion tools, every feature on our platform is designed with your wellbeing in mind. We want you to play with a clear head, a set budget, and the confidence that you can stop whenever you choose.
The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) oversees online gaming regulation in the Philippines and provides guidance on responsible gaming practices. 739pub aligns its policies with the standards set by PAGCOR and other applicable regulatory bodies to ensure a safe, fair, and accountable gaming environment for all Filipino players.
Remember: gambling is a form of entertainment, not a way to make money. Set your limits, play within your means, and always put your personal and financial wellbeing first. If you ever feel gaming is becoming a problem, 739pub has tools and resources ready to help.
Self-Exclusion
Need a break from gaming? Activate a self-exclusion period directly from your 739pub account settings. Choose from short cooling-off periods to longer exclusions. Once active, you won't be able to access your account or receive marketing messages from us.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your gaming spend within a budget you're comfortable with. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be decreased right away — increases require a cooling-off period for your protection.
Session Time Limits
It's easy to lose track of time when you're in the middle of a game. 739pub lets you set session time alerts so you're reminded how long you've been playing. Take regular breaks to stay refreshed and in control of your gaming sessions.
Reality Checks
Our reality check feature sends you periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you've been playing and a summary of your current session's net wins or losses. These gentle nudges help you stay aware and make informed decisions about continuing play.
21+ Age Verification
Every new 739pub account undergoes strict age verification. We require valid government-issued identification to confirm that all players are at least 21 years old, in line with Philippine regulations. No exceptions, no workarounds — this is a hard rule.
24/7 Support
If you're concerned about your gaming behaviour or need help setting any responsible gaming tool, our support team is available around the clock via live chat. Reach out anytime — our team is trained to handle these conversations with care and confidentiality.
Is Your Gaming Still Fun? A Quick Self-Check
Answer honestly. If several of these statements feel familiar, it may be time to take a step back and use our support tools.
PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Resources
The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) is the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines. PAGCOR maintains responsible gaming programs designed to protect Filipino players from the harms of problem gambling.
739pub supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming initiatives and encourages players who need additional support to reach out to official resources. PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Program includes player protection policies, self-exclusion registries, and information campaigns that apply to all licensed gaming operators in the Philippines.
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you can contact the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Hotline or visit a PAGCOR office in Metro Manila or other key cities to access counselling referrals and support services. These resources are confidential and free of charge.
Additional support is also available through the National Council on Problem Gambling and local mental health organizations across the Philippines, including those operating in Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, and Makati.
Our Responsible Gaming Tools in Detail
All of these tools are available free of charge from your 739pub account dashboard. They're designed to give you real, meaningful control over your gaming experience.
Cooling-Off Period
Take a short break from 1 to 30 days. Your account is temporarily suspended and all marketing is paused. Ideal when you need a quick reset without committing to a longer exclusion.
Long-Term Self-Exclusion
Request exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Your details are flagged across our system and you cannot register a new account during the exclusion period.
Loss Limits
Cap the amount you can lose per day, week, or month. Once you hit your limit, gaming is suspended automatically for that period. You decide the amount — we enforce it.
Wagering Limits
Set a maximum total wager amount over a given period. This helps players who want to enjoy more sessions across a month without concentrating play in a short burst.
Marketing Opt-Out
Remove yourself from all bonus offers, promotional emails, SMS campaigns, and in-app notifications. You can still play normally — you just won't receive temptation triggers.
Account Activity Report
Download a full history of your deposits, withdrawals, wins, losses, and session times. Reviewing your actual data is one of the most powerful ways to stay honest with yourself.
739pub's Commitment to Every Filipino Player
We operate on a simple belief: a player who games responsibly is a player who keeps enjoying the 739pub experience for years to come. That's good for you and it's good for us. So our responsible gaming program is not just regulatory compliance — it's a genuine investment in the long-term wellbeing of our community.
Here's what 739pub commits to on its end:
- Strict 21+ enforcement. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts. We check government-issued IDs and we do not bend this rule for anyone.
- No pressure tactics. We will never pressure you to deposit more than you're comfortable with, and we will never make self-exclusion or limit-setting deliberately difficult.
- Proactive monitoring. Our team monitors patterns that may indicate problem gambling behaviour and will reach out directly when warning signs appear.
- Staff training. All 739pub customer support staff are trained in responsible gaming awareness and know how to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
- Transparent odds and RTP. We publish return-to-player information so you can make informed decisions about which games you play.
- Responsible advertising. Our marketing does not target vulnerable individuals and never depicts gambling as a financial solution or guaranteed income source.
Gaming at 739pub is best experienced as part of a balanced lifestyle. Play for the thrill of it, set sensible limits, and know that our platform and our team are always here to support you — whether that means helping you find a new favourite slot or helping you take a break when you need one.
